Our Mission

The mission of the youth of First Presbyterian Church (FPC) is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a culturally relevant manner to every teenager in the greater Las Vegas area. Through challenging and supporting students in a learning environment, teaching them to recognize and define themselves as children of God, while continually evolving and equipping themselves as Christians FPC will develop a faith based ministry. In partnership with one another, the greater First Presbyterian Church, and the Presbytery of Nevada, we will create a Godly environment in which activities, experiences, and opportunities are faithful to our reformed heritage. Fostering dialogue, interactions, and active involvement, students will be empowered through Jesus Christ to learn, make a difference in their families and community, and continue the work that Christ began in their lives and the lives of others.

Our Purpose

It is our purpose to locate the lost, involve the growing, equip the saved and send out the maturing. Through relational ministry the Gospel is our lives and the work that Christ has done in them, thus we share the Gospel of God through life-on-life ministry. Striving to create intimate levels of fellowship to meet the needs of each student that passes through the ministry, we will provide a diverse program of worship, small groups, Sunday school, Bible study, and fellowship.
