Regarding a Merger with Summerlin Presbyterian Church

This page and its related links are dedicated to providing as much information as possible for
members of the First Presbyterian Church (FPC) with regard to a possible merger with Summerlin
Presbyterian Church (SPC). Informational and town hall meetings have been conducted and the
congregation continues to prayerfully consider this proposal. At this time both congregations are
served by our current staff and our leadership teams meet jointly. One the left side of this page you
will find the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU vote) which outlines the steps of the
merger process and a goal page which identifies the goals of this merger process. There you will also
find related links where you can obtain information that has been made available at the town hall
meetings. Additional information concerning the merger proposal will be posted as it becomes
available.

Project NEON Freeway Expansion

Project NEON is the name of the I-15 freeway expansion project that is expected to impact the
church property. Currently the State of Nevada predicts that the timeframe for property acquisition
and impact on the church property will be sometime in 2014. Information regarding this project will
be posted here as it is made available by the State of Nevada and the Project NEON Team.
