The handbell ministry at FPCVegas, is open to all who desire to honor and serve the Lord through
the gift of ringing in worship as well as enjoying the fellowship we share in preparation of the music.

The expectations of every choir member, child or adult, are the same. The degree of talent is not
important; however, the level of commitment is crucial. Once you have made a commitment to
serve by becoming a bell choir member, that decision becomes a sacred covenant with God and
with fellow ringers. We are dedicated to providing every resource to help make that commitment
one of joy, growth and gratification.

The BELLievers
Youth Bell Choir
Wednesdays 5 - 6 p.m.

Adults with some music experience preferred, but not required. The group rings in worship at
least once a month as well as participating in holiday programs and concerts.

Adults with ringing experience who desire to ring in small ensembles and four-in-hand quartets.
This dedicated group rings in worship at least once a month and occasionally visits other
churches as well. They ring for weddings, funerals, holiday events, and at shopping malls.

Youth in sixth grade through high school learn music basics and the art of ringing in ensemble.
They ring in worship monthly.

FPCVegas hosts an annual handbell workshop sponsored by the American Guild of English
Handbell Ringers (AGEHR) Area XII that is open to ringers / bell choirs in the community. We
welcome ringers from several churches and schools in the Las Vegas valley as well as
surrounding areas.
