Summer is hopping at FPC....
Beginning July 26th, Summer Bells II
(advanced version - music reading experience necessary) will meet
between services during the 10 to Ten time and will ring in worship on
Sunday August 30th.
In order to play efficiently, it would be helpful to have an idea of

Program: Calvin Crest CityCamp

10 a.m.-2 p.m.
For years children and youth from Las Vegas have been leaving the
city and going to summer camps at Calvin Crest. This summer for the
first time ever, Calvin Crest Summer Camp will be coming to Las Vegas
and offering CityCamp for incoming 3rd – 5th
graders. FPC and other local Presbyterian churches are partnering with
Calvin Crest in order to pilot a brand new ministry that brings the
Calvin Crest camp experience to the city of Las Vegas. Members of the
Calvin Crest Summer staff will travel to Las Vegas at the end of the
summer to host 3 days of CityCamp Day Camp at FPC Las Vegas for incoming
3rd – 5th graders.
This program has been created especially for children who have not
been to summer camps at Calvin Crest, as it will introduce the children
to typical camp activities and programs. For children who have attended
summer camps at Calvin Crest, CityCamp will be one more opportunity for
them to experience all that Calvin Crest has to offer.
Because this is a new program for both Calvin Crest and for FPC, some
of the details are still being figured out. Please watch future church
newsletters and bulletins for more detailed information and registration
deadlines.
